Shipping policy
Turnaround Time
- Print-on-demand items require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
- All other products ship within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver your order, depending on the destination:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Please note: Some orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail may not include tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on:
- The weight of your order
- Your shipping location
You will see your shipping costs during checkout, before you finalize your purchase. You can decide whether to proceed with the order after reviewing the shipping charges.
International Orders
For international shipments:
- Duties and taxes are determined by the destination country.
- These fees are billed by the carrier after your order is shipped and are the responsibility of the customer.
Backorders
If an item in your order is on backorder:
- We will immediately ship the items that are in stock.
- Once the backordered item becomes available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping cost.
Packages Not Received
For packages lost in transit:
- Claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with lost packages reported after this timeframe.
